Regional Review of  IP Policy and Tech Transfer Protocol for HEIs

RAISE Caraga recently held a successful Regional Review of Institutional Intellectual Property (IP) Policy and Technology Transfer Protocol (TTP) last April 30, 2024. With the distinguished speaker, Ms. Leidy C. Gatuz, IP Rights Specialist of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines' (IPOPHL) Documentation, Information, and Technology Transfer Bureau (DITTB), sharing valuable insights on crafting effective IP policies and TTPs.

Other HEIs from Caraga, including ACLC College of Butuan, De La Salle John Bosco College, Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig, and St. Francis Xavier College, also joined the event online.

In the afternoon, representatives from Caraga State University (CarSU), North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU), and the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) participated in a workshop to further develop their existing IP policies and TTPs.

This collaborative effort aims to strengthen the IP Protection and Technology Transfer capabilities of Caraga's HEIs, which are crucial for regional development.
