We aim to mirror the functions and initiatives of the DOST Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) Innovation and Technology Center (DPITC) in the region by providing assistance to the regional consortia on intellectual property management and transfer of technologies of selected consortia member institutions (CMIs).
Through the RAISE Program, regional capacity building and mentorship, IP and technology business development and management, strategic partnership and collaboration, and enhanced knowledge will be provided to hasten the commercialization and development of Science and Technology (S&T) based Agri-Aqua enterprise, as well as to maximize the economic potential of S&T innovation in the region.
The Regional Agribusiness Mentorship Series gathered agri-aqua innovators from Caraga to enhance the market readiness of their technologies. With expert mentorship, participants gained insights on product development, commercialization, and entrepreneurship—empowering them to bring their innovations to life.
Strategic planning in action! On March 25, 2025, at the Navigatu Center, Caraga State University, the RAISE program hosted a Technology Commercialization Plan Workshop. Researchers and innovators from CSU, NEMSU, and ASSCAT gathered to map out pathways for their Agri-Aqua technologies to reach the market.
